^Lot 1399 Stevens No. 10 Target .22 LR #2652

American made single-shot tip-up action pistol chambered for .22 Long Rifle, and manufactured in Chicopee Falls, MA. The No. 10 Target Single Shot pistols were produced from 1919 until 1939 with approximately 7,000 made. Pistol features a blued refinish, an 8" tapered barrel, dovetailed fixed blade front sight, dovetailed adjustable square notched rear sights, smooth curved straw-colored trigger, smooth grip straps, serrated action lever, knurled cocking knob, and black checkered hard rubber grips. This pistol shows an excellent quality refinish retaining approximately 99% with little remarkable. Metal displays soft edges and slightly shallow markings from refinishing, but no rust was observed. The composite grips are original, and show minor wear. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The action functions well, but the firing pin spring is weak.
Condition is NRA Near Excellent (as refinished).
